Special Notice: Contact Information on Service Plans Purchased Before December 1, 2006 for Circuit City TV, Audio Systems

ATLANTA: On December 1, 2006, Circuit City named Assurant Solutions companies as the administrator and provider for City/Advantage service plans covering televisions and audio equipment purchased on or after that date. If you purchased a Circuit CityAdvantage Service Plan for your television and/or audio system before December 1, 2006, your service plan is provided by National Product Care Company or Service Saver Incorporated. For service plans provided by National Product Care Company or its sister company, Service Saver Incorporated, you should call their administrator at 1.800.286.0470.

Assurant Solutions companies do not have information on TV and audio system service plans purchased before December 1, 2006. Consequently, Assurant Solutions cannot assist you in requesting service from National Product Care Company or Service Saver Incorporated.

Assurant Solutions companies are responsible the Circuit City/Advantage service plans covering the following items. Call the numbers provided for service.

• Personal computers, laptops, printers, digital cameras and other computer-related equipment: 1.800.555.4615
• Televisions purchased after Dec. 1, 2006: 1.800.878.1167
• MP3 players, CD Players, auto audio systems, and other consumer electronics items purchased after Dec. 1, 2006: 1.800.555.4615

Circuit City customers who reside in Puerto Rico should contact Assurant Solutions (Puerto Rico) to arrange for service under their City/Advantage service plans.
